This Edwardian house is available to rent and is located in the pretty seaside village of Instow.  The large house is situated in a commanding position above the village offering far reaching views over the Torridge estuary and to the sea beyond.  

The renovation of this large detached house, which featured in the TV programme ‘Fantasy Homes by the Sea’ has been a labour of love.  High quality contemporary styling successfully blends with original Edwardian features.

It really is the ideal venue for large holiday parties and perfect for celebrations being able to accommodate 22 people comfortably in 11 bedrooms and seat up to 24 in the vaulted dining room.
