When we first went to see Redland House in Instow we fell in love. The moment we turned around at the top of the drive and saw the stunning views of North Devon.
We spent over a year renovating this beautiful Edwardian House and was determined to preserve the main features of the house and restore it to its former beauty. Whether this was french polishing the staircase or having the stained glass window rebuilt and renovated. But, we knew that we wanted to have a large house that combined contemporary styling and comfort with the traditional Edwardian style.
We lived in the house for some years but realised that it really came alive when we had a house full - it really is the perfect party house - so we decided to let other people enjoy our house in this amazing location by offering it as a self catering property.
