Although Redland House is so big it has a warm and welcoming feel to it.The house was very clean,tastefully decorated and furnished, well equipped and coped easily with our large party.It is so beautifully situated that the whole weekend could have been lost in gazing at the stunning and ever changing land/seascape!The local shop has a fab deli counter and is well stocked for a break away.I have it on good authority that the pubs are good and the local restaurants looked interesting.
I can't think of anything I'd change and the the worst thing was leaving!
I'd recommend Redland House to anyone and hope,as does the rest of our party,to return.

We descended en masse with ages ranging from 2 to 88. The weather was not kind and after the first 2 days beaches were out. This really didn't matter as there is enough Space in Redland House for the toddlers to expend their energy and the older members to replenish theirs. Yes the Kitchen is a little small and the en-suite to the fabulous top floor bedroom is down stairs but these are minor issues. The house is very well equipped and the toy box went down well with the youngsters. aul and annette were model landlords - I hope we can all return.

the villa was absolutely brilliant, it catered for the whole family , the kids loved the garden and the toys which were in the house , the rooms were to a very high standard.We were a party of 19 and enjoyed every minute of it, To top it off the views from the villa were from a postcard , the long weekend was enjoyed by all and would highly recommend this villa to all ...

We all had a wonderful weekend in Redland House for my 30th birthday. The house is fantastic, great location with lovely views. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, homely and cosy. We found it very well equiped with everything we required and the dining room was fantastic for entertaining in. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back soon, The owners were extreamly helpful and answered all of my questions.

We booked Redland house for a celebration with 16 friends and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue.
The location was perfect for walks during the day on the beach and a good time in the evening without disturbing the neighbours in anyway.
The house is amazingly spacious and has ample room for our large gathering of adults, each of the bedrooms are very nicely laid out and beautifully presented.
The house has two front rooms perfect to unwind and give everyone space. The dining room is huge and we used it for entertainment on the first night and then a sit down dinner on the saturday. We used some amazing caterers (www.brownsvibe.co.uk) that provided top resturant styled food and the dining hall was a perfect locaion to suit the food.
All in all we could not fault the venue in anyway and Paul was very helpful when we were planning the weekend. All are guests are already trying to find a reason to go back.

"This house is just amazing, yes you'll be bowled over by the views and spend most of your time staring at it from the garden, lounges and balconies but this house has so much more. We actually had a mobile disco set up in the entrance hallway (we were celebrating a significant birthday!) and made the most of that fantastic dining room when we had to wrench ourselves away from that view because it was too dark or cold to sit outside. There is so much space in this house that even with 16 of us if you wanted a bit of peace and quiet you could have got it and it just seems to go on forever.
From the moment we were warmly welcomed and given the tour by Paul we fell in love with this house and are plotting the next occasion/excuse for our return.
I'd also recommend Liz from Cottage Kitchens who produced a great menu and cooked us a barbecue dinner on the terrace for a real treat and an absolute bargain!"  May 2010
